Iscoyd Park wedding
Aimee & Chris, Iscoyd Park wedding
A beautiful wedding at Iscoyd Park with Aimee & Chris. As a setting this venue offers so much, despite the weather not being on our side. But the day was a stunner none the less and everyone let loose. Amy looked amazing with a structured dress and Chris looked dapper in a three piece suit.
Often I would wait for the sun to get low in the sky before carrying out some portraits, but on this day we only had a small gap when the rain ceased. So in the evening we used the coloured lights dotted around the venue to make the most of creating some memorable portraits. I love them. The feeling goes so much further in portraits. All the sunshine in the world can’t make up for a good vibe. People relate to people and if nothing else I want to make images that show clients when they genuinely let go and reveal something of themselves. So it’s hard to tell but we literally had ten minutes before the weather closed in again. Inside though everyone was having a real ball and that’s what really matters. In the evening we still created some stunning images using the coloured lights while Amy and Chris were able to enjoy a moment together.
