Elegant black tie wedding
Emma & Alex celebrated in the beautiful Suffolk countryside in the picturesque village of Yoxford. As far as Suffolk wedding venues go Sibton Park is an absolute jewel, it’s in equal measures relaxed and stylish which is exactly how the day felt. There were a lot of visual elements at Emma and Alex’s day that were a sheer pleasure to photograph. The low Winter light streamed into the orangery during the ceremony. A super elegant couple beaming from the get-go. Bridesmaids wearing black, yes black and they looked amazing. Guests waiting in the golden sunset light in front of the venue for the confetti and finally a few portraits in the very last light before darkness came. In other words it ran exactly how I like Winter weddings, moments taken throughout the daylight hours in a low contrasty golden sun. We had a small window of opportunity to take the portraits, but with black tie elegance, good vibes and the architecture of Sibton it’s the perfect combination.

Beautiful touches to the wedding design included greens hanging overhead in the dining room, candles and dark table cloths. The overall feel was warm but stylish.
