I occasionally get asked what the difference between film and digital is. I shoot both and both have their plus points. Some clients come to me knowing from the outset the feel film images bring but the easiest way to convey the difference is to show a post with just film images. Everything below has been shot on medium format film, usually kodak but sometimes fuji. The colour palette is stunning and sometimes a soft luminance is present but generally it’s the overall organic feel I’m drawn towards. I love images that have an honest feel and film enhances this wonderfully.
