The London ICA wedding venue or more accurately (and in fact less wedding and more gallery space) the Institute of Contemporary Art is a clean blank beautiful canvas of a London wedding venue. It’s white minimal interior, neo-classical facade and location directly opposite Horse Guards Parade on the Mall makes it a very London wedding venue.

This wedding took place a few years ago and for some reason I totally forgot to show it here possibly because it featured on Style Me Pretty and I thought I had already shown it. I’m not sure why because it’s absolutely beautiful. Intimate, elegant and in the low key but no less stunning ICA (if I was a presenter I’d now make a reference to Zoe and Nathan being a work of art but I’m not so I won’t).  Zoe and Nathan are two lovely people. I enjoy keeping up to date with what they are up to even now.  They are both fashion designers and I believe met while working at Paul Smith. We were lucky with some low Winter sunshine and the backdrop of the Mall  added some classic elegance. Here’s the quick version:

And the slightly longer version:

The incredible blue shoes are (as you may have guessed) Manolo Blahnik and the dress is Pronovias. Nathans suit is Paul Smith.  Bridesmaids dresses are Reiss and jewellery is Jenny Packham.

If you are getting married in London or at the ICA I would love to hear from you. We love to hear about the details and plans for your day, you can reach me at david@davidjenkinsphotography.com
